Last updated 6 November 2026

This notice explains what invarith collects through invarith.ai, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Send questions to hello@invarith.ai.

What we collect

When you use the contact form

Your name, work email and company, and anything you write in the message. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about working together. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your details. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

When you email us

Your message and your email address, kept in our mailbox so we can carry on the conversation.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a visitor is a person. It runs when the home page loads. To do this, Cloudflare processes signals such as your IP address and details of your browser. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Visits to the site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. Cloudflare says it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. invarith.ai itself sets no cookies.

Where it’s kept

Form submissions are saved in our Google Workspace account. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles every request to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we’re in touch, and delete them when you ask us to or when we no longer need them.

Your choices

Email hello@invarith.ai to see what we hold about you, to correct it or have it deleted, or to object to or limit how we use it. If you’re in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
